My name is Forres L. Meadows and I am proud to be a Native Texan and your Republican elected Kendall County Constable, Precinct 3.  I have had the great honor to be your Constable for the last fourteen years. I was elected to fulfill an un-expired term in 1998, won re-election in 2000,  2004 and 2008.  I am now seeking your support for re-election in 2012 for Kendall County Constable, Precinct 3.

I am dedicated to serving you, and this historic position, with professionalism & respect.

Constables are constitutionally authorized peace officers primarily charged with:
1. The execution of civil process, and
2. Providing security for the Justice Courts (in Precinct 3, this is the Court of the Honorable Judge Debby Hudson, Justice Of The Peace).
